The Fire Element- Learn to support your mind, body and spirit as we shift into the season of Summer. We will get to know the organ systems that are associated with the Fire element in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We will learn to support ourselves more fully by discussing what foods, herbs and movements will help us go with the flow of Summer.
The exchange for this workshop is $55.00.
You will leave with a better understanding of how to nurture yourself and others as we head into Summer. We will sample some foods and teas, as well as learn some self-acupressure techniques to assist with the transition.
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in. I also encourage you to bring paper and pen to take notes and a bottle of water to keep hydrated.
This will be the second in a series of five classes that cover the five elements.
Space is limited to the first fifteen to sign up.
