I am Lisa Hildebrandt, the owner and practitioner of On the Spot Acupressure which I began in the fall of 2017. Traditional Chinese Medicine has included the art of acupressure for more than 5000 years. It is through this art that I find great satisfaction in helping people relieve stress and realign energies in their daily lives.
A one-hour acupressure session includes work on the entire body. During the typical session, you lie fully clothed on a massage table while I apply finger pressure to special points along the meridians through which your vital energies or Qi flow. The goal of acupressure is to unblock these channels of energy and to restore balance to the opposing forces of Yin and Yang within the body.
I believe in the melding of Traditional medicines and practices with the advancements from modern medical treatments and life-long spiritual pursuits. When you can integrate the treatment of the mind, body, and spirit, your outcomes can be much more positive ones. I am blessed to have the opportunity to use my training to help others gain balance and strength in their lives.
